CORRECTIONS & REMOVALS
Corrections and removals
Two different things happen on this page. If a listing is wrong, correct it. If something here should not be published at all, ask us to take it down.
No club has claimed a listing yet. Every page on this site is our reading of a public source rather than an owner's own words, which is the main reason a correction is worth sending.
Something on one listing is wrong
Find the listing and use the report link on the listing itself — that way we know exactly which page you mean, and the form there offers the fields that can actually be corrected. The search box at the top of every page will find it.
Some things are reportable but not directly correctable. An address is the main one: changing it can move a listing's permanent web address, so a person handles those by hand.
Asking us to take something down
Use the form below for anything that is not about one listing — a request covering a club, an organizer, or a piece of content wherever it appears.
Re-hosted event artwork is the clearest case. We keep a copy of an organizer's image on our own servers with its attribution recorded, and a request to remove one deletes our copy instead of hiding it.
What happens to it
- It arrives in the same review queue we work through for every other report. There is no separate pile.
- A person reads it. Nothing on a listing changes until one of us confirms it.
- We are not going to promise you a deadline we have not staffed. What we will say is that a removal request goes to the front of that queue.
- If you leave an address we tell you what we decided, either way. If you do not, the request still counts.
The form on this page is the way to reach us. There is no support address to write to yet.
